No Flukes Foundation
Founded by Vaughan Alexander, father of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, No Flukes partners with us to run events and initiatives for the community.
A home for young athletes to grow, learn, and lead. Every child deserves the chance to play, no matter their skill or background.
Where everyone has a shot
Founded in 2015, PBAA is where passion for the game meets a commitment to developing young athletes into leaders on and off the court.
Serving North York and surrounding areas, we focus on nurturing the full potential of every player, no matter their skill level.
Picking up a ball for the first time, sharpening your skills, or chasing a higher level of play: there's a place for you here.
House league and skill fundamentals, open to anyone in the community who wants to get better.

At Lions camps, we don't just run drills. We build players.
This is where extra reps turn into confidence, where skill development meets intensity, and where players bond, compete, ask questions and push past limits.
In today's game, three or four hours a week isn't enough for athletes who want to separate themselves. Camps are our hyperbolic time chamber: fundamentals sharpen, basketball IQ expands, and work ethic becomes a habit.
Since 2015, we've supported more than 500 student-athletes. Every high school player who's been part of the PBAA family has gone on to college or university.
Teamwork makes the difference, on and off the court.

More than basketball. We're shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
Welcome to Phillips Basketball & Academics Academy, where our passion for the game meets our commitment to nurturing young athletes into the leaders of tomorrow. Founded in 2015, our program is dedicated to developing the full potential of aspiring basketball players in North York and surrounding areas.
At PBAA, we believe in more than just the game. Our mission is to empower young athletes to excel on the court and in every part of their lives, building skills, confidence and resilience they carry into their communities and future endeavours.
Our coaches and staff bring a wealth of experience and a deep love for basketball. They provide a supportive environment where young athletes grow physically, mentally and socially. Through rigorous training, tailored coaching and competitive play, our athletes develop a real understanding of the game, along with teamwork, discipline and integrity.
Whether you're looking to hone your skills, play competitively, or simply be part of a community of like-minded athletes, we welcome you to our family and a program that's the right fit for you and your child.
Fundamentals and basketball IQ built through tailored coaching and competitive play.

When our founder and my dad, Terence Phillips, started this program, his dream was simple: to give every child the chance to experience the joy, lessons, and community that basketball provides. No family should have to choose between paying bills and letting their child play the sport they love. Every donation, sponsorship, and show of community support helps us keep the doors open for the next generation of players and leaders.
Help us open more doors for local youth. Become a named or silent sponsor, or support us in kind with prizes, goods or services.
Just like on the court, teamwork makes all the difference.
Our partners help us keep programs accessible, break down financial barriers, and open doors that reach far beyond basketball. Through sponsorship, mentorship and community collaboration, they help us shape leaders on and off the court.
